My name is Mele'Ofa Louise 'Iufoni! But most everyone calls me Mel.I am a half-Polynesian, half-English/Italian Baker. I am a mom to a beautiful three-year-old boy & a wife to an Aussie Tongan. My husband & I fell in love while long distance. Me in America & he in Australia. We also did long distance after our marriage & he has recently come to America to be with our son & I. Baking helped me stay busy & provide for our little family while he was stuck overseas for 3 years.
I watched my mom make the most amazing birthday cakes growing up - purely for fun! And watching her make beautiful edible art made me fall in love with creating bakes that are equally delicious & fun to look at. It's become a love language of mine & sharing it with others is my absolute dream.
